Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Cozy Paw Wear. We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse and is in transit, we are generally unable to cancel the order or issue a refund unless there is a special circumstance.
Normal shipping updates, transit delays, customs processing, or carrier transfer delays are not considered valid reasons for an immediate refund while the package is still in transit.
If your package shows an unusual delay, is lost, cannot be delivered, or has another shipping issue, please contact us. We will help check the tracking status and provide a suitable solution based on the actual situation.
2. 15-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

The item must be in its original packaging with tags and accessories, if applicable.

The item must be in resellable condition.

Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Returns requested more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.
3. Product Quality Issues
If you receive an item with a quality issue, such as damage, a major defect, the wrong item, or an item that is clearly different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Photos of the packaging, if applicable;

A brief description of the problem.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund. If the return is caused by a confirmed product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Non-Quality-Related Returns
For returns that are not caused by product quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Non-quality-related reasons include, but are not limited to:

Color or style not meeting personal expectations;

Incorrect item ordered by the customer;

Change of mind;

Pet does not like or does not want to wear the item;

Please note that original shipping fees are generally non-refundable. The final refund amount will be processed based on the actual order situation.
5. Return Process
Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back. Do not return the item without prior approval.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
6. Refund Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following cases:
