1. Order Processing Time
Orders usually require 2 business days for preparation and processing before shipment.
Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and handover to the shipping carrier.
Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or due to unexpected inventory or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, the delivery time may vary depending on your destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
3. Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after shipment. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit, being transferred between carriers, or processed by customs.
4. Shipping Delays

5. Tracking Not Updated for 15 Days
If your tracking information has not been updated for 15 consecutive days and the package has not been delivered, you may contact us to request further assistance.
After reviewing the tracking status, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution based on the actual shipping situation.
Please note that this policy applies only when the tracking information has stopped updating for 15 days and the package has not been delivered.
6. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse and is in transit, we are generally unable to cancel the order or issue a refund unless there is a confirmed special circumstance, such as a lost package or a serious shipping issue.
Normal transit delays, carrier transfers, or customs processing do not qualify for immediate cancellation or refund while the package is still moving through the delivery process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
8. Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or cannot be delivered due to a verified shipping issue not caused by the customer, please contact us. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
If a package is lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs.
